R Candle Company is dedicated to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. In the unlikely event that an item arrives broken, the company has established a refund and return policy to ensure customer satisfaction. The policy specifies that refunds can only be given if items have arrived broken, and customers have 14 days from the date items were received to submit a claim.

To submit a claim, customers must follow the outlined process:

• Email contactrcandlecompany@gmail.com with the subject line “Order #, Broken Items Claim.”
• Include the customer’s name, order number, and pictures of the broken item(s) in the email.
• Follow any instructions given by R Candle Company regarding the return process.

If any items in the delivery have arrived broken, customers will be instructed to return ALL items in the order in the same way they were received until claims are successfully submitted and processed. Customers must follow all instructions given by R Candle Company following their claim for their claim to be processed.

If claims are approved, customers will be given an option to recieve  a refund, exchange, or store credit. Terms and exclusions apply.

Shipping Fees and Threshold for Free Shipping

Shipping prices for our candles are determined based on the weight of your order. To help offset the cost of shipping, we offer free shipping for orders that exceed $75. This allows our customers to save money on their purchases while still enjoying the convenience of quick and reliable delivery.

Please note that our processing times are 7-10 business days, excluding shipping time. After processing, shipping can take an additional 3-10 business days. Kindly consider these timelines when placing your order.
